PieceKeeper Privacy Policy

PieceKeeper collects only the information needed to create, send, receive, and play private family puzzles.
Information We Process
- Photos, puzzle names, optional notes, piece counts, progress, and completion reactions you choose to create or send.
- Sign in with Apple account identifiers for senders.
- Device or viewer identifiers used to receive shared puzzles and follow family channels.
- Purchase and entitlement state from Apple and RevenueCat for PieceKeeper Plus.
Processors
Apple handles Photos, camera, Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, App Store, TestFlight, and system share surfaces. Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 host the PieceKeeper backend and private photo storage. RevenueCat processes subscription customer and entitlement status.
No Ads, Tracking, Or External AI
PieceKeeper does not use advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, OpenRouter, OpenAI, or other external AI processors in the current app version.
Retention And Deletion
Local puzzles remain on the device until deleted in the app or the app is removed. Server-side puzzle/share/photo and entitlement records are retained to provide private sharing and subscription access. To request deletion, contact greglindberg@gmail.com.
